The heavenly scented 'Pueblo' daffodil will enchant its surroundings with its immaculate beauty. Radial flowers, gathered in groups, open the milky white perianths and funnel shaped lemon yellow corolla appendages. The flowers get almost pure white with time, leaving only a narrow golden yellow halo at the base of the cup. Daffodils bloom in April and May and perfectly harmonize with other early spring perennials and bulbous flowers. This plant is perfectly suited for decorating lawns and places under canopies of deciduous trees, where it will form temptingly scented patches. Daffodils should be grown alongside buildings, paths and pavements, as well as fences. The variety offered here will also provide you with durable cut flowers.

Grow daffodils on sunny sites, but they will also develop well in partial shade. This species does not have any special requirements in regard to soil. The planting period starts mid-August and lasts all September and October long until November. It only needs a moderately fertile and moderately moist garden soil. All narcissi require watering during dry springs. The soil reaction should be slightly acidic or neutral.  Narcissus is a plant fully resistant to frost and does not normally require winter covering, we recommend, however, to apply a layer of dried leaves or mulch in colder regions. Take the covering off when the vegetation period starts, water the plants and feed them with multi-component fertilizer. Daffodils can grow on the same site for 4 to 8 years. We recommend to excavate the bulbs every 2 to 3 years.

The price offered here is valid for 5 bulbs of the 'Pueblo' narcissus, sized 10/12 centimetres in circumference.
