Dahlia "Gallery Art Nouveau" (Dahlia) quickly becomes an outstanding attraction of each border with its double, spherical, pink inflorescences. This charming plant develops a thick, bushy habit and grows 30-40 cm tall. Extended blooming period spanning from beginning of July until first frosts belongs to its main features. This compact variety perfectly fits on frontal parts of the borders, but will also thrive in pots and decorative containers.

Dahlia rhizomes are planted into the ground from beginning of May until June. Due to their high thermal requirements choose sunny and wind-sheltered borders for these plants. The soil needs to be fertile, permeable and constantly, moderately moist. These plants will develop unhindered if you fertilize the ground with mineral fertilizer or compost before the planting. Dahlias do not winter in the ground, hence need to be excavated before start of the winter and stored inside.
