The Dipper rhizomous red fescue is a low growing grass that develops strong root system. Presented perennial belongs to grasses that constitute a popular compound of grass selections. Its rather narrow, tender leaves look great near houses, at showcase locations, and in parks. High turfing qualities of the presented variety allow us to sow it alongside roads, highways, and in city greeneries. It wonderfully covers embankments and slopes. A low growing, evenly growing turf in a spectacular saturated colour tolerates low cutting, trampling, and less favourable growing conditions. Red fescue is undemanding when it comes to nutrition and watering. It grows well on periodically dry spots and in less fertile soil. It survives heat waves and long-lasting snow covering without suffering much harm. You can grow it both on sunny and partially shady situations.
