Biohumus fertiliser sticks - Biopon - 30 pcs. are used for growing houseplants and balcony plants when you want to enrich the growing medium and improve its biological activity. The product is made on the basis of biohumus, an organic material processed by Californian earthworms and rich in microorganisms. Introduced into the soil in the form of sticks, it works slowly and evenly, so it is well suited for the regular care of potted plants.
The biohumus contained in the sticks enriches the growing medium with humus and active microorganisms that take part in the transformation of organic substances in the soil. As a result, the nutrients present in the growing medium become more readily available to the roots, and the soil itself retains water better. Biohumus fertiliser sticks support root system development and help keep plants in good condition for longer.
Total nitrogen (N) 0.4%, total phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5) 0.3%, total potassium oxide (K2O) 0.4%.
Biohumus fertiliser sticks are intended for feeding houseplants and balcony plants grown in pots and window boxes. The product can be used throughout the entire growing season, and in winter the dose is reduced by half. Thanks to the gradual release of nutrients, the product supports plants for a longer time between fertilising treatments.
The number of sticks should be matched to the diameter of the pot. For pots up to 12 cm in diameter, use 1 stick; from 13 to 15 cm - 2 sticks; from 16 to 18 cm - 3 sticks; and from 19 to 21 cm - 4 sticks. In balcony boxes, place 1 stick every approx. 6 cm of length. Repeat the treatment every month, and from November to February use half the recommended amount.
Push the sticks into the growing medium in the pot, distributing them as evenly as possible around the plant. After application, water the plant as usual, and the nutrients will gradually be released into the soil together with the water. As a result form of fertilising, the plant receives nutrients in a uniform and long-lasting way.
The pack contains 30 biohumus fertiliser sticks. It is a convenient form of feeding houseplants and balcony plants, helping to keep them in good condition with minimal effort.
