The lavender flowers tower of the plant in July, wonderfully complementing the unique colouring of the foliage.

Hosta is an ideal plant for partial shade. It offers best company for ferns, flowering perennials, and other varieties of its own species. A large group of hosta plants looks great on a lawn or the small yard in front of a house.
