The Kansas peony decorates and rejuvenates its surroundings with its distinctively coloured flowers each year. Its impressive flower heads measure about 15 centimetres in diameter, making it a stunning decoration of flower beds and borders. The Kansas peony shoots stiff, upright stems that are about one-metre tall. Similarly to other peony varieties, the height of the flowering period of the Kansas peony falls in June, when the summer takes over the garden. Lush, dark pink flowers with a shade of red belong to the prettiest you can find. The offered variety enjoys a high standing at the horticultural market thanks to its proven flowering reliability. It has won numerous awards. A tuft of a brightly coloured peony looks good not only as a part of a flower bed decoration, but also as solitary entertainer at a showcase place in the garden. Peony, with its ornamental flowers and leaves, is a very valuable and durable plant, worth planting in any garden.

Growing peonies is a rather easy task. Its rhizome will grow well in the majority of garden soil types. The most vigorous growth happens in fertile, light, and well-drained soil. Plant peony seedlings in spring and autumn at sunny, sheltered, and warm site.

We hereby offer one seedling of the Kansas peony. Basic plant information and growing tips were printed on the packaging label.
