The Tiger Babies lily (Lilium) is an adorable hybrid of the tiger and Asiatic lilies. This 80 to 100 cm tall variety blooms already in June, producing a dozen or so marvellous, apricot flowers that are adorned with darker dots. The flowers of the Tiger Babies lily do not belong to the largest ones, but they form abundant bouquets atop the stems and delight with the exotic shape. Their petals are bent, while the calyxes are picturesquely drooping. The hybrid offered here in our store is perfectly suited for growing in the centres of the flower beds, where it will provide the background for lower growing perennials and annuals. You may combine it with Asiatic and orienpet hybrids.

The bulbs of the Tiger Babies lily should be planted in spring or autumn in permeable and fertile soil. The variety offered here is perfectly suited for various soils and particularly likes those with a slightly acidic reaction. It blooms the most abundantly in the sun and since it develops strong, stiff stems, it does not require staking. You do not have to excavate the bulbs before the winter - lilies left on the flower beds gradually propagate and bloom exuberantly every year.

Each package contains 10 bulbs of the Tiger Babies lily, sized at least 18 to 20 cm in circumference. The essential plant growing information is printed on each package.
