"Polar Nochowski" belongs to more popular and highly regarded pea varieties. It is a very early variety that harvests already 80 days after seeds have been sown. The sowing should take plave end of March / beginning of April. That way the harvest would happen in June / July. This variety produces medium long, straight pods with blunt endings. They usually grow in pairs on the stalks. Inside the pods there are green or dark green seeds, average 6 per pod. 1000 seeds weigh usually less than 250 g.

The plant does not grow too tall, as it reaches from 50 to 75 cm in height. It develops rigid stalks and does not branch out, what makes it a perfect variety for smaller gardens. Seeds and pods reach regular, very similar sizes. "Polar Nochowski" pea grows exuberantly. That's the reason it is widely used in industrial cultivation. Seeds can be preserved or stored.

We offer 50 g packets of seeds in our store. Each package coontains the sow-by date and a general growing guide. Indicated price refers to 1 packet of seeds.
