A truly royal garden perennial delights with its large, bowl-shaped flowers that take on various shades of pink and orange. Yellow shades start to appear as the blooming goes on. The centre of the flower is filled with numerous stamen, encircled by numerous verticils of satin petals. Blooms of this peony excrete a subtle, pleasant, enchanting aroma. Peony plants remain ornamental even outside the blooming season thanks to the elegant, palmate leaves that take on a deep green, emerald colour.
