Pink Petunia is a lovely annual variety with diverse shoots that grow up to 40 centimetres in length. This glamorous plant produces eye-catching amaranthine flowers with ruffled margins, which embrace the plant from May to October. Pink Petunia is a wonderful variety for any flower container or a flower bed.
Growing: sow the seeds in pots or planter boxes in March. Do not cover the seeds with soil; lightly press them using a small board. The seeds germinate in 14 to 20 days. Prick the seedlings out into pots or pallet planters in 5 to 6 centimetres broad holes. Plant out into a permanent position in 20-25cm spacings in May. The plants require fertile permeable soils in sunny or semi-shaded positions. This variety should be watered and fertilised comparatively frequently.
