Sprouting bittercress seeds with a FREE small sprouter is a classic set to start your adventure with sprouts. Easily cultivated bittercress contains a huge amount of vitamins C, PP and B vitamins, as well as minerals in its young shoots and leaves. Regular consumption of bittercress sprouts significantly improves body's resistance, beneficially affects condition of your complexion, hair and nails. Slightly savoury taste of bittercress goes along well with cottage cheese, cured meat, egg and meat dishes.
A small, 10 x 16 cm, sprouter and a fine mesh (1 mm holes) strainer lid is included in the set.
Instructions of use:
Rinsed seeds should be placed evenly on the strainer lid. Then clean water should be poured into the container so it reaches over the mesh. The water needs to be exchanged twice a day and as soon as you see the roots develop, you should reduce the amount of water in the sprouter. Sprouts develop best in a light place away from direct sunlight.
