Wine yeast nutrient - Kombi - 7 g contains the full set of compounds that yeast needs to kick start and ensure the proper, effective fermentation. This preparation contains nitrates and phosphates (diammonium phosphate) that are necessary for the proper yeast development. The addition of vitamin B1 that activates fermentation beneficially influences wine production and the quality of the end product. The Kombi wine yeast nutrient contains another unique compound, a preparation of the yeast cell walls that acts as an additional, "booster" nutrient and effectively absorbs substances that slow down the fermentation, such as fatty acids. Thanks to this ingredient the fermentation takes place even quicker.

Dose the nutrient in 1 to 3 portions after mixing it in circa ¼ glass of lukewarm water. This nutrient, applied according to the guidelines, does not alter the look nor the taste of wine, since it is used completely by the quickly propagating yeast.
