Bean "Coco Nain Blanc Précoce" (Phaseolus coccineus), grown usuall for its white, round seeds, is a typical dwarf variety that grows maximum 60 cm tall. This annual plant stands out with early ripening period. Bean fruit are green, elongated, flattened pods that are fibrous. That is why "Coco Nain Blanc Précoce" bean is grown exclusively for seeds. These take on round shape and have a white hull. They may be consumed fresh after the harvest or after drying. They constitute one of the most important sources of vegetable proteins and may at least partially replace meat protein in the daily diet. They are rich in calcium, magnesium, iron and phosphorus and vitamins, particularly B vitamins, vitamin C and carotene.

Bean belongs to thermophilic plants. Therefore you sow its seeds to the ground only after the last spring frosts, when the soil has already warmed up sufficiently.
