Beetroot ‘Rywal’ is an early variety of beetroot, which is particularly recommended to be eaten when the vegetables are ripe, but it can also be used to make vegetable products or stored and used during the winter. Its red flesh is very tasty, while Beetroot ‘Rywal’ itself contains a healthy amount of sugar and betanin.
Growing: sow the seeds directly into the soil from April to May. Grow the plants in 20-50cm spacings. The vegetables are ready to be harvested from June to October.
