Canna 'Brillant' pairs classic, pure green leaves with vivid red flowers. This is a medium-sized variety, growing to around one metre. Its proportions make it highly versatile - it can be planted directly in a garden bed, but it also does very well in a large pot on the patio. The plant forms a dense clump of large leaves, from which upright stems emerge, topped with striking flower heads.

Planting time

Plant the rhizomes from March to May, when the soil temperature is sufficiently high.
