Canna 'Carnaval' catches the eye with its large orange-yellow flowers and their unusual, slightly asymmetrical form. They rise on upright stems to about a metre high from among broad emerald-green leaves. This lush foliage provides a naturally calm backdrop for such vivid colours. The plant forms a compact clump which, thanks to its size, works brilliantly as the taller tier in summer garden arrangements. Its striking flower heads will brighten the border continuously for most of the season.
