Dahlia "Autumn Fairy" (Dahlia) will decorate gardens with its blooms from beginning of summer until autumn. These plants form dense tufts covered with bilobed leaves. The variety offered here grows up to 40 cm tall. Large, spherical inflorescences of the "Autumn Fairy" dahlia take on fiery, bright orange colour. Due to a relatively small size this variety perfectly fits onto border fronts, but you may also plant it in pots and containers on terraces and balconies.

Dahlia rhizomes are planted in garden in the middle of spring. Choose sunny sites and avoid places that are in the shade for the most of the day. It is also important that the soil is permeable, fertile and moderately moist. We recommend to mix the upper layer of the soil with mineral fertilizer or compost before planting the rhizomes. Excavate dahlia rhizomes before the winter and place in dark room protected from frost.
