The Dr Blue large-flowered rose with its unique, lavender-blue flowers belongs to the rare varieties that deserve your attention. The about one metre tall shrubs develop a nice, erect shape. Their densely leaved stems supply perfect material for bouquets. Large, shapely flowers grow single or in small clusters. Large-flowered roses flower from June until the end of August. They do not spread to broadly what allows you to incorporate them into various garden compositions. A rose shrub offers excellent decorative value, both planted alone and in a smaller group of three to five plants. Rose shrubs show their potential to the fullest at borders and in large planters on a balcony. The unmatched beauty of the flowers complemented by dark green leaves never goes out of fashion.

Roses are plants that should be planted in spring or autumn. They need a brightly lit, yet not too hot spot. It needs to be airy to allow wet leaves to dry quickly. The soil must be loosened to allow the seedlings to take root. Rose prefers nutritious, moderately moist soil. Fertilizing roses with organic fertilizer, compost or manure, brings excellent results.

Supply rose seedling with water before planting - it is best done by putting it into a larger container filled with water for several hours. Then, plant it in hole twice the size of the root ball. Cover it with soil, press firmly, and water abundantly. During the first few years of growing, we recommend protecting plants from the winter by covering it with a soil hill at the shoot base.

The offered rose seedling is packed in a bag that protects roots from drying.
