The meat netting offered here is designed for smoking, roasting, curing and boiling meat. It is particularly fitted for the preparation of ham and other kinds of meat at home. A practical and easy to use netting will help you produce delicious and healthy meats.

It has been made of thick and elastic black twine. The material had been carefully selected in order to enable processing meat at temperatures up to 220°C. This product received all necessary certificates permitting it for unrestricted food contact. You may use it safely since it does not impair the taste nor the aroma of the meat. You can place a 18-cm wide, up to 15-kg large chunk of meat into it. Its shape resembles a sleeve. This feature, together with the elasticity, allows to put it around meat easily. It also comes off fuss-free after processing.
