Phlox Neon Flare (Phlox paniculata) is a long–lived perennial that has been cherished and worshipped by the garden plant lovers for years. You simply cannot think of a large, rustic border without the tall phloxes and their rich umbels of the brightly coloured blooms. The latest varieties, such as the offered here Neon Flare producing splendid, bicolour, pink–white blooms, look great in the modern arrangements with the exuberant blue larkspur ears, the golden common sneezeweed or the eastern purple coneflower. The plant presented here grows 50 – 70 cm and develops erect, slender stalks that end with broad, rich inflorescences from June to September. It blooms equally rich in the full sun and partial shade.

Phlox rhizomes need to be planted in the spring in permeable, humous soil. Choose wind–sheltered sites with compact, not water–logging, not too heavy earth, preferably with slightly acidic reaction. Phloxes will bloom reliably on the same site for years, as long as you provide it with organic fertilization and good drainage (e.g. a layer of grit at the bottom of the planting hole).

One package contains 1 piece of a Neon Flare phlox rhizome. The most important growing instructions have been printed at each package.
