The Virgo large-flowered rose is a reliable plant that produces large, white flowers. One of their main advantages is resistance to different weather conditions. They look great even during rainy summers. They appear single or in small clusters on thorny stems. Those stems are stiff and covered with light green, relatively large leaves. Virgo rose develops into a slender, branched shrub that vigorously grows up to one metre tall and about half a metre wide. It belongs to tea rose hybrids and produces large numbers of noble looking flowers. It flowers all summer long until the beginning of autumn. Virgo is a perfect variety for home gardens, but you can also plant it in parks and city greeneries. It harmonizes with herbaceous perennials and dwarf shrubs.

Roses need a sunny site that is sheltered from strong drafts, yet not completely hidden. This is due to prevention from fungal diseases - rainwater or the morning mist should dry as quickly as possible to avoid infecting plants with toxic fungi. Roses grow best in a permeable, humous soil. You must trim roses in spring and remove wilted flowers. Fertilize and water rose shrubs according to their needs.

Supply rose seedling with water before planting - it is best done by putting it into a larger container filled with water for several hours. Then, plant it in hole twice the size of the root ball. Cover it with soil, press firmly, and water abundantly. During the first few years of growing, we recommend protecting plants from the winter by covering it with a soil hill at the shoot base.

The offered rose seedling is packed in a bag that protects roots from drying.
