The white–pink hollyhock Creme de Cassis (Althea) is a true garden dandy. It displays its double, large flowers (up to 10 cm in diameter) gathered in dense, erect inflorescences during high summer, from July to September. Petals of the hereby presented variety take on white colour with dark pink spots that delightfully spread at the petal bases. Creme de Cassis, as one of the tallest border plants growing up to 200 cm high is intended for creation of the magnificent flower groupings, both alone and in arrangements with other species. It looks particularly great placed on the background of fences and house walls.

We offer nicely developed, sturdy rhizomes from a renown planter. The plants may be grown on borders and lawns all spring long. We recommend to choose sunny sites with permeable, humous, not too dry soil. In order to achieve a satisfying decorative effect at least three plants should be placed in 50 x 50 cm spacings.
