Wine yeast nutrient - with vitamin B - 10 g is a collection of all compounds needed to kickstart wine fermentation. This preparation contains nitrogen and phosphor (diammonium phosphate), necessary for yeast development the same way sugar is. It has been enriched with vitamin B1 that stimulates yeast to quick propagation and accelerates fermentation. The addition of dextrins reduces the impact of substances that impair yeast development that might lead to stopping the fermentation process altogether.

Wine nutrient with vitamin B1 is applied in one dose together with yeast or in three equal doses, at the beginning of fermentation, after the next five days and again after five another days. You need to solve the powder in a small quantity of water before applying it. Read the manufacturer's guidelines printed on the packaging before use and follow them for best results.
