Redukwas - edible calcium carbonate - reduces must (wine) acidity - 15 g is a preparation indispensable in home production of fruit and grape wines. Calcium carbonate CaCO3 in form of a fine powder is used for reducing the acidity of wine to the desired level. 6-7 g of this agent allows to reduce the acidity of 10 litres of must (wine) by 1 g per litre. The Redukwas works quickly and effectively and you may expect the effects already 24 hours after applying it to the liquid.
