Carrot "Krakowia F1" (Daucus carota) is a reliable early, hybrid variety developing tasty, well-shaped roots. It is perfectly suited for growing for the earliest bundle harvesting. Its cylindrical straight roots constitute valuable material for processing and preserves due to the high content of sugars and beta-carotene, as well as and the beautiful, saturated, dark orange colour. Carrot "Krakowia F1" is perfect for the production of purees and juices, you can also freeze it. The offered variety is characterized by outstanding productivity, typical for heterotic hybrids. The productivity shows in the rapid root growth rate that making allows you to harvest circa 110 days after the sow.

Carrots grow best at a warm, sunny site with well-drained, deeply cultivated soil, that should be rich in humus and non-acidic. "Krakowia F1" carrot seeds should sown in early spring for the earliest bundle harvest, and if the later harvest time suits you, the sow can be postponed until the second half of May.
