Creeping bentgrass Kromi (Agrostis stolonifera) belongs to the group of perennial, hardy tuft grasses and is used for covering pastures and in seed mixtures for lawns. The variety presented in our store grows up to 80 cm high, develops predominantly arched shoots and numerous, bare, gray-green leaves. It spreads thanks to the underground runners, called stolons, yet its tillers also produce roots on the elbows. As a result, the Kromi creeping bentgrass quickly forms a compact turf. The proposed grass shows good winter hardiness and is not afraid of snowless winters. It is also resistant to periodic water shortages. These features translate into its longevity and reliability of this species. It is perfectly suited for growing on lawns and golf courses. The offered variety can also be included in fodder and meadow mixtures - it yields the highest volume of green mass on sites with moist, clay or loamy soil.
