This hybrid unifies such important features as high-volume dry green mass content, excellent hardiness and resistance to rust. You may also include tolerance to unfavourable growing conditions, high pasture value and power to compete effectively with weeds on that list. This variety belongs to the earliest ones and is first and foremost recommended for mowing, both for fresh green forage and hay. The "Perun" hybrid cultivar is also intended for production of silage, whether from pure sow or mixtures with clover.
