The frizzled pink-flowered gladiolus is an attractive flowering plant that should not be missed from your flower bed. Slender, tall gladioli produce adorable, marvellous blooms. Decorative value of the elegant, bright pink ears is additionally accentuated by the frizzled edges of the petals. The rich inflorescences look even more glamorous thanks to that feature. Gladioli, sometimes called sword lilies, develop straight, narrow leaves that surround the stem. Their bright, fresh green colour contrasts with the saturated colour of the flowers. Gladioli inflorescences develop from the bottom to the top. The charming flowers may be considered an obligatory component of garden borders and flower beds. The erect habit of these plant provides excellent background for lower growing plants. Gladioli are valued, hardy cut flowers that look especially elegant in tall vases.

Gladioli thrive on sunny and warm sites, whereas their tall - up to 120 cm - stems should be protected from strong wind gusts. They prefer permeable, fertilized and moderately moist soil. Gladioli bulbs should be planted in the second half of April 8 - 12 cm deep and 15 cm apart.

One package contains 5 XL-sized bulbs of the frizzled pink-flowered gladiolus. Basic growing instructions have been printed on the package label.
