Garden dill "Emerald" (Anethum graveolens) is a variety with beautifully coloured, surprisingly exuberant leaves with truly emerald shine. They are recommended for direct, raw consumption as aromatic addition to sauces, soups, potatoes, meat and pastas. It does not only add aroma and flavour to the dishes, but also makes them easier digestible. "Emerald" dill leaves are also added to pickled cucumbers and can be frozen.
This plant develops densely branched stems with thick, feathery, dark green and long leaves. Its seeds are sown from early spring until the end of summer, possibly on sunny sites with humous, moist, medium compact soil. Aromatic leaves are harvested from spring until the first autumn frosts.
Each package contains 100 g of "Emerald" garden dill seeds. Such a large quantity allows for an extraordinarily rich harvest! A growing guide and the sow-by date were printed on the back side of the package.
Approximately 65000 seeds (+/- 20%)
