A colourful selection of wild annual and perennial plants is a pro-ecological composition that responds to the latest horticultural trends. This rich mix brings excellent effects in form of a magical, wild corner. Flowering plants that differ in blooming period, flower colour and shape will attract swarms of bees and butterflies that will bring life to your garden. Plants left in the soil until end of the season will self-propagate, allowing you to achieve a small natural meadow the next season. Flower selections provide an easy, effective and magnificently looking method of creating an own ecosystem that provides invaluable help to the shrinking natural resources. Such a meadow offers great support for bees, bumblebees, flies, butterflies and other pollinating insects. Presented selection consists, among others, of: bachelor's button, chamomile, common yarrow, daisy, pot marigold, purple loosestrife and ox-eye daisy.
Seeding of this mix is exceptionally easy. Broadcast seeds by hand, not too deep. Sunny and semi-shady sites are preferred. The optimal sowing period begins mid-March and lasts until end of May. Blooming starts in May and lasts until autumn. Presented plant selection grows well on the majority of soil types. It does not require any special care. Plants grow 120 cm tall on average.
Flowering plant selections belong to the latest, most popular gardening trends. Garden, allotment and orchard owners become more and more aware of the need to act the eco-friendly way. They eagerly grow plants that enrich the natural sites and provide bees and other pollinating insects with food. Seeding of the flowery meadow selections restores balance damaged by monocultures, chemical pollution, erasing balks and destroying bushes and meadows that once grew in between fields. Plant selections available in our store provide a great way to unfold the potential of your garden space, make it more attractive and support the environment at the same time.
We hereby offer a 500 g seed package, sufficient to cover circa 100 m2 of land. Basic growing instructions and the sow-by date were printed on the label.
