The 'Sharon F1' pepper is a variety that develops conical fruit that becomes more and more popular lately. The elongated fruit that are triangular in cross section ripen medium early. Their shiny, smooth skin is yellow-green at first and becomes uniformly red when they mature. Bushes of the 'Sharon F1' variety are extremely productive and bear about 17 to 20 delicious peppers that weigh 120 grams on average. We recommend to grow them in greenhouses and tunnels. Cultivation in the open field is possible only in warmer regions in excellent conditions. The delicious flesh of the presented fruit tastes great raw. Juicy and firm peppers constitute a wonderful snack or a side dish. Peppers can be served called and warm in a variety of ways. The triangular 'Sharon' peppers invite you to nibble on them right after collecting them from shrubs and to try the out in more elaborate dishes.

Pepper belongs to a group of exceptionally nutritional vegetables. It is also one of the multi-purpose vegetables as it tastes great in any given form. Please take note of the high vitamin C content, five times higher than in lemons. Flesh of fresh bell peppers contains, apart from vitamin C, vitamins A, PP, E and a variety of B vitamins, as well as numerous elements. The regular consumption of peppers improves body resistance and beneficially affects the digestive system. It can be used in cancer prevention, mildens headaches and improves focus. It also lowers blood pressure and acts as an anti-inflammatory agent.

Pepper is a vegetable that can be grown exclusively from seedlings in the majority of Central European countries. No matter if you wish to grow peppers in the open field or in greenhouses, you have to produce seedlings first. Pepper requires high temperatures, high air and soil humidity. It prefers soil with a neutral reaction that are rich in nutrients and permeable. This warm climate plant requires a site that would be sheltered from wind. Staking is recommended in order to protect the bushes from strong wind and heavy rainfall.

Sow seeds early in spring, in March, onto seeding trays. Place the trays in a sunny, warm situation. As soon as the plants develop 2 to 4 leaves, prick them out into individual pots. The seedlings can be transplanted after 9 to 10 weeks, mid-May to greenhouses and end of the month onto open field. The recommended spacings between the plants is 40 to 60 x 30 to 40 centimetres. Watering, fertilization, trimming, soil aeration and weeding belong to the typical maintenance measures in cultivation of peppers.
