"Tytania" radish, whose coated seeds are presented here, is a variety that matures steadily and early and does not get pithy. If you are looking for a radish that is ideal for spring and autumn harvest, you will hit the jackpot with "Tytania". It belongs to those cultivars that are intended for cultivation in the open field, in polytunnels or under agrotextiles for the earliest spring harvest. Radish (Raphanus sativus) is a universally popular vegetable. It has a distinct taste that enriches salads and sandwiches. Thanks to its small size it is a valued snack, too. "Tytania" cultivar offered in our store belongs to round varieties that produce evenly shaped and sized roots that take on beautiful, dark red colour. Their skin is tender and thin, while the flesh stands out with excellent, not to savoury taste and clean white colour. It is rich in vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12 and C), minerals and essential oils that show antiseptic effects.

Soil for radish cultures should be medium compact, aerated and rich in humus. It should preferably have neutral reaction (6 - 7.5 pH). In order to adapt heavy, clay soils before the sow, add compost to it - organic fertiliser will improve the fertility and water capacity of the lesser, sandy soil, too.

Coated seeds guarantee successful emergence and rich harvest. Carefully selected seeds are equipped with a natural coating that makes placing the seeds in the ground much easier. It also contains the "Nano-Gro" biostimulant that increases resistance of the plants and improves germinability and growth at the earliest stages of their development.

Packages available in our store contain circa 300 coated seeds of the "Tytania" radish.
