Snow on the Mountain is an annual plant, which grows 60 to 80 centimetres in height. Its flowers are rather modest, but the main ornamental feature of this variety is the very decorative white and green leaves that grow in clusters. Snow on the Mountain looks exotic, therefore it is best to plant it individually rather than in larger groupings. This lovely variety is recommended for garden compositions or flower beds, and it is recognised as a wonderful cut flower.
Growing: sow the seeds directly into the soil in April. The seeds germinate in 10 to 15 days at 15-18oC. After the seeds have germinated, thin them in 25-30cm spacings. This plant requires light permeable soils in sunny positions. Thirty grams of seeds produce around one thousand plants; you need around 300 grams of seeds to cover 100 square meters.
Each packet contains one gram of seeds.
Each packet includes a growing guide and a sow-by date.
