Carrot "Bolero" (Daucus carota) belongs to the most popular varieties and is valued for easy adaptation to and yielding rich crops in different climate conditions. It also stands out with high resistance to diseases. This early variety has a vegetation period of circa 110 days. It produces regularly shaped, cylindrical or slightly conical roots that take on an intriguing, dark orange colour. This variety may be used in many ways and harvested both early in bundles, as well as for summer and autumn consumption. It also counts as one of the longest storable cultivars. Exceptionally tasty and sweet roots of this carrot variety are perfect material for juices, purees and other preserves.

Seeds of the "Bolero" carrot should be sown directly to the ground. Coated seeds available in our store guarantee even, quick germination. Precise sowing and keeping optimal distances is also made much easier. Carrot grows best on sunny sites in sufficiently fertile soils that are rich in humus. We recommend to start the culture in the second year after the site has been fertilized with manure.

Each package contains 400 pcs of coated seeds of the "Bolero" carrot. The growing instructions and the sow-by date are included in the product information.
