The common snapdragon with multicoloured flowers "Tutti Frutti" (Antirrhinum majus nanum Tutti Frutti), or simply snapdragon, is an easily cultivated, annual plant blooming from June until September. It reaches moderate height of approximately 45 cm and produces large, two-lip, multicoloured blooms. Their colours reach from yellow, through pink, to red and are irregularly freckled. Thanks to the fact that they grow in thick, long clusters, they give the impression of extremely abundant blooming.

Snapdragon with multicoloured flowers is a very popular border plant. Children love it, because its two-lip flowers open wide when squeezed and remind of a cat's mouth. This variety of the common snapdragon would not present any problems to even least experienced gardeners. It prefers calcium, medium compact and rather humous soils on sunny, open sites. Common snapdragons grows best from seedlings produced in March on a hot bed or indoors under glass.
