Mexican Zinnia, sometimes called Persian Carpet, is an annual plant, whose flowers reach the height of around 50 centimetres. The flowers have a beautiful eye-catching brownish-yellow colour and feature a double or single form. Mexican Zinnia, whose flowering period lasts from July up to October, is an ideal plant for flower beds and planters, and looks particularly outstanding when used as a cut flower.

Growing: sow the seeds under cover from late March to early April. The seeds germinate in 10 to 14 days at 16-20°C. Plant the seedlings out into the soil in 30x40cm spacings in the second half of May. The plants thrive in fertile soils in sunny positions.
