Home cultivation of Microgreens is as easy as growing sprouts. Sow the seeds into a permeable soil in shallow tray. You may use standard soil or prepare it yourself, combining universal garden soil with deacidified peat and sand. Cover the seeds with a very thin layer of soil and sprinkle with water with a sprayer. Water the culture that way a few times daily. You will harvest rich crops of excellent young green lettuce leaves after approximately one month after the sow.
