The TESCOMA DELLA CASA 5000 ml pickling set contains everything that is needed to start the preparation of healthy pickles at home. It contains a large glass 5-litre jar that would accommodate cucumbers or cabbage and a lid that allows to regulate pressure within the jar. This lid also protects the contents of the jar from contact with air, what allows you not to worry about the mould. The cover has been manufactured of high quality plastic, stainless steel and silicone. All these materials have been permitted for food contact. They do not influence the taste, aroma or the coloure of the pickled vegetables, but guarantee the required tightness. All parts of the kit are dishwasher safe. We recommend to use the kit with the TESCOMA DELLA CASA pickle pusher that is sold separately.
