It is designed for production of soft cheese. Thanks to this mould you will produce a cylindrical cheese lump weighing 250 g. Our cheese mould has been manufactured of durable, high quality material that has all certificates permitting it for food contact.

There are holes in the mould walls allowing the whey to drip off. The mould stands on legs that keep the draining whey away from the forming cheese.
