Rutabaga ‘Saba’ is a very fertile medium-early variety, which produces ball-shaped vegetables that have a noticeable narrowing at the lower portion. This plant contains a large amount of mineral salts and vitamins B1, B2 and C. Rutabaga ‘Saba’, which is a unique yellow variety with a smooth peel, can be stored even over extended periods of time.

Growing: this variety is relatively little demanding; it grows well in any type of fairly moist soil, provided that the soil is rich in nutrients. Sow the seeds from April to May. Plant out into a permanent position from June to July. The plants are ready to be harvested from September to October.
