Sweet Corn ‘Gucio’ is a sweet variety of corn that grows yellowish-orange kernels that stay fresh for a long period of time. The cobs can be eaten directly after boiling, while the kernels can be added to salads to enrich their flavour. Sweet Corn ‘Gucio’ grows up to 170 centimetres in height, whereas the cobs grow to 25 centimetres in length and around 5 centimetres in diameter.

Growing: sow the seeds directly into the soil in 40x40cm spacings in mid-May; sow 2 to 3 seeds, 4 to 6 centimetres deep into the soil, in each position. Thin the plants after the seeds have germinated so as to leave two plants in each position. This variety loves sunny positions in soils that are rich in nutrients.

Each packet contains ten grams of seeds.
Each packet includes a growing guide and a sow-by date.
