The "Sora" sweet pepper is an excellent variety of the "goat's horn"-type, intended cultivation in unheated tunnels and greenhouses. It also brings excellent results in field staked field cultivation. Small fruit of this cultivar take on a shape of pointed cones. Their skin is shiny and the peduncles slightly elongated what facilitates harvesting. The ripe fruit take on a very appetizing, bright red colour. The "Sora" variety is delicious, juicy, crunchy and firm. It is rich in vitamins and minerals and constitutes a valuable component of the menu.

Pepper seeds are sown to grow seedlings, that are then transferred to the ground after May 15th or later if we plan to cultivate in the open field. Sow for that purpose in February and March. Distribute seeds onto to a permeable, constantly moist soil. The outstanding germination rate of the seeds we offer allows you to raise large and healthy seedlings. Peppers belong to the warm-loving and photophilous species, so make sure that the site they grow meets these criteria.

Fruit of the presented "Sora" variety are delicious and should be eaten raw, as an addition to sandwiches, salads and spreads. You may also surprise your guest by serving them filled. Relatively small size of the fruit encourages to decorate dishes with them. "Sora" peppers are recommended for pickling, too.
