Carrot seeds should be sown from April to May, 2 to 3 cm deep. We recommend to find a sunny site with a permeable, cultivated soil for carrot cultures. Sow in rows 20 to 30 cm apart. Keep the seedlings 2 to 3 cm apart. The large, regularly shaped roots are harvested all September and October long.
