Carrrot "Nefryt F1" (Daucus carota) is an early, very productive, vividly coloured variety. It takes 105 - 110 days from sow to harvesting ripe roots. This carrot cultivar is recommended for early spring cultivation in the field. The roots are of high quality, do not turn green nor take on anthocyanin colouring. They grow large and long, take on slightly conical shape and intensely orange colour. Their skin is smooth and saturated. Carrot "Nefryt F1" shows great consumptional value, since it is juicy and delicious because of the high sugar content. This variety would be perfect for direct consumption and short-time storing. You may prepare tasty juices, purees, salads and pies with it. It tastes equally good eaten raw or cooked.

Seeds of the "Nefryt F1" carrot should be sown the earliest possible. Sow until mid-July for autumn harvest. Carrot should grow in rows 30-40 cm apart. The roots will grow large and evenly if you provide them with enough space, so remember to thin the seedlings so they grow 3 - 6 cm apart.
