Common pink (Dianthus plumarius) is a perennial covering plant ideal for rock gardens. It develops rosettes of narow, greyish leaves that form loose tufts. It grows approximately 30 cm tall. Numerous flowering stems appear over the leaf pillows. Double blooms with frizzled petals excrete a subtle, pleasant aroma. They appear one by one and take on different colours from white to pink. This plant perfectly fits sunny borders and flower beds. Bluish leaf pillows decorated with subtle blooms would also look great in rock gardens and alongside walls and paths.

Seeds of the common pink should be sown directly to the soil at the end of spring. You would be able to transplant the seedlings to the permanent site in the middle of autumn, where they will bloom the following summer. This species prefers permeable soils that are moderately rich in nutrients and show a slightly acidic or alkaline reaction. It will bloom long and abundantly on a sunny and warm site.

Each package contains 0.3 g of common pink double-flowered varieties' seeds. The package information contains a growing guide and the sow-by date.
