"Gracius Gladki F1" field salad cucumber (Cucumis sativus) is a great parthenocarpic variety, what means that it develops fruits without pollinating. It grows equally well in field and undercover cultivation. Its large, cylindrical fruit are covered with thin, tender, smooth dark green skin, that you do not have to peel off before consumption. Crispy, juicy flesh has a delicious taste and contains only residual cores.

Seeds of the "Gracius Gladki F1" field salad cucumber should be sown directly in spring. The soil should be thoroughly weeded, loosened and enriched with compost, that will improve its structure to make it medium compact and increase water capacity of lighter soils. The plant also needs a light and warm site. The harvest of this cultivar's fruit begins mid-July and lasts until September. One of the biggest advantages of the "Gracius Gladki F1" is its resistance to cucumber scab and high tolerance for downy mildew. These tender fruit might be served as appetizer, added to salads, frozen in slices or preserved.
