Garden candytuft "Tetra Mercury" proves that even in a dry, less fertile soil you can grow abundantly blossoming, bright and colourful annual plants. Plants of this variety grow up to 30 cm tall and form a compact habit with branched top. Main attractions of the globe candytuft, as this plant is also called, are narrow, spiky leaves and umbel-like, broad inflorescences consisting of tiny white, pink and violet blooms. This tiny little wonder starts to bloom in June and does so the whole summer long, until end of August.

Seeds of the "Tetra Mercury" garden candytuft should be sown directly to the permanent location late in the spring. The soil needs to be permeable, well-drained and watered. This plant loves the sun, but has no special requirements in regard to the soil. Therefore it blossoms in rock gardens and borders with less fertile soils. Its broad flower umbels in warm colours look magnificent with the exotic tiger monkey flower, playful ragged robin, colourful rose mosses or unpretentious shrubby cinquefoil.

Each package contains 2 g of garden candytuft "Tetra Mercury" seeds. The package information contains a growing guide and the sow-by date.
