Lemon Cucumber, a medium-early plant, is one of the most interesting cucumber varieties; it produces round fruit with yellow and very thin peel that greatly resemble lemons. Not only does Lemon Cucumber have great decorative potential; the fruit can be eaten raw, and are a great addition to salads. This variety can also be preserved and stored for a later use.

Growing: sow the seeds directly into the soil in May. The plants are ready to be harvested from July to September. This variety is an excellent decorative plant, as well as a delicious fruit.
