"Kinga" belongs to late root parsley varieties. It is harvested only in the end of September or beginning of October. Seeds are sown directly into ground from March to May. This very prolific, sturdy plant bears roots that, when harvested in autumn, can be easily stored, yet still eaten right after being pulled out of the soil. It is suited both for garden and large scale cultivation. High quality of its roots are the reason, why it falls into the second category.
"Kinga" variety delivers high quality roots with a creamy, thick flesh that does not tend to brown and secretes a typical, intense aroma. The roots are conical and elongated. A mid-thick, deliciously scented and dark green bundle of leaves grows above the ground.
We offer 5-g-packets of the root parsley "Kinga" seeds. Sow-by date and general growing instructions are printed on the package.
