Sweet pepper "Zorza" (Capsicum annuum) produces large, rectangular fruit with appetizing, pale yellow skin that shelters firm, juicy, thick and sweet fruit flesh. They are ideal for direct, raw consumption (especially taking into account that they contain plenty of vitamin C), as well as steaming, frying and preserving. Other advantages of this variety that is available in our store include early harvest and tolerance for thermal stress, what enables us to grow "Zorza" peppers both under covers and in the open field.
Seeds should be sown in spring to containers or onto a hotbed, as in temperate, Central European climate peppers grow successfully only from seedlings. Seedlings are transplanted to a sunny site with fertile, moist soil in May. The soil needs to be rich in humus, which will provide optimal permeability and aeration. Well developed, large "Zorza" fruit can be harvested from July until September.
Each package contains 0.5 g of "Zorza" sweet pepper seeds. Package information contains a growing guide and the sow-by date.
